How to Search PERIND: Truncation
Two truncation or wild card symbols can be used:
The asterisk “*” represents any group of characters, including no character.
e.g. A search for “Value*” retrieves records with one or more of the following terms: Value, Values, Valued, Value-add, Value-added, Value-adding, Valuer, Valuers, Valuer’s, Valuers’ and Value(s).
The question mark “?” represents exactly one character, excluding no character.
e.g. A search for “Value?” retrieves records with one or more of the following terms: Values, Valued and Valuer’s.
